Ms. Mary Consolate Muduuli is a seasoned economist with a wealth of local and international experience of over 40 years. She also served as a member on various Boards, headed several government committees and task-forces and participated in several international review and reference groups.
She holds a Master of Science, Agricultural Economics, 1979, University Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and a B.A. Rural Economy, Makerere University. Before joining NPA, she worked as an Executive Director, African Development Bank (Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Seychelles, Tanzania and Uganda) (July 2010 – June 2013) and as a Senior Adviser –to Executive Director/Alternate ED, AFDB for the same EA countries (July 2008 – 2010). She was also an Operations Officer, Uganda World Bank Country Office, Kampala, (Jan 2005 – 2008), Deputy Secretary to the Treasury (2002-04); and Director Budget (1998-2001), Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
